Is Skipping Breakfast A Good Idea??


There are many people that feel skipping any meal is detrimental to your health.

Especially breakfast.

My mother never let me leave the house without something in my stomach.

However, for the past several months, I have been experimenting with Intermittent Fasting (IF).

IF is putting anywhere between 12-20 hours between meals.

Plenty of good saturated fat, moderate protein, and low carb foods.

My weight is falling off.

My exercise performance is superb.

My cognition is clear.
