Have you seen the recent Times Magazine cover and article??

The main-stream media has FINALLY admitted that “scientists” got it WRONG for the past several decades.

What I was taught to tell patients is NOT TRUE.

Saturated fat does NOT lead to heart disease.

Low-fat food does NOT maintain weight loss.

There is NOTHING healthy about whole-grains.

No one can exercise themselves to good health.
