CHEESE CHIPS

Great snack idea!!! You will be able to satisfy the ‘crunch’ that is missing from a low carb, high fat lifestyle.

Take a BUNCH of grated cheese and place on a GREASED plate. Thin layer. Microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares. You can also fold into a taco shell while cooling an use to stuff chicken, avocado, lettuce, etc. Enjoy.

  1. I’m having problems with them sticking to the plate. I tried buttered and not with same results. What am I doing wrong?
