And she did not know or understand that even though it says 0 (ZERO) carbohydrates on the label, the manufacturer can ADD sugar or sugar substitutes.
Eliminate ALL artificial sweeteners.
Drink water, coffee, or tea.
If you want a flavor in your water, add your own fruit.
We buy the frozen variety in bulk.
Check ingredients. Make sure the ONLY ingredient is the fruit and NOT artificial sweeteners.
