Eliminate the Wheat……In All Forms

The elimination of wheat and its byproducts can lead to weight loss, blood sugar control, and diminish food cravings.

There is a protein in wheat called gliadin that actually BINDS to your brain receptors and STIMULATES appetite.

Yes, you read that correctly.

The “healthy whole-grains” that have been espoused by “experts” for the past several decades has led to our current health care crisis. Take a look around at your friends and family. Heart disease, obesity, cancer, gastrointestinal problems, and Alzheimer’s disease are increasing, with no end in site.

In order to adopt this lifestyle, it takes some planning, preparing, and forward thinking.

And you do NOT have to be a cook to make healthy, grain-free, delicious meals.

My NEW book came today.

First thing is first.

Go through your cabinets and refrigerator and eliminate all products with sugar and/or wheat.

The obvious ones are breads, pasta, muffins, cookies, cereal, pita bread, cookies, and any rolls.

Here is a partial list of the less obvious:

bread crumbs, canned soup, energy and granola bars, instant soup mixes, salad dressings, sauces, candy, and prepared food.

If you do not know the ingredients, or how to pronounce them, stay away!

READ the labels. No sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, or other sweeteners.

There are a ton of healthy foods for you to eat.

Buy this book or check out my other post that link to a myriad of web sites.

    • The problem is that the food companies have caught on and are manufacturing gluten free food that has lots of other unhealthy ingredients. For example, potato starch, tapioca starch, and added sugar. Read the labels carefully. In addition, the gluten free food is expensive. Save your money. Eat real food!

      • So, really help here….the starches mentioned are used by Celiac’s.org on their site to prepare( I feel dumb here) carbs. So, I guess I toss that also. Thanks
