I have always been a firm believer that diet plays a HUGE role in our health.
The past several decades has seen an alarming RISE in diabetes, heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, and gastrointestinal disorders.

It is obvious that the Standard American Diet has FAILED us.
