No-Grain Breakfast Cereal


Finding a no-grain breakfast cereal takes time, patience, and ingenuity.

We all love the convenience of packages bought at our local supermarkets but EVERY whole-grain cereal is loaded with sugar and/or products that lead to obesity, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.

Eliminate the wheat, grain, and sugar.

You will feel better, have more energy, and live longer!

1 cup Mangos or blueberries
2 T raw honey
2 T coconut oil
1/4 cup of walnuts, almonds, AND chia seeds
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Put all in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake in oven to dry out. 250 degrees for 2 hours. Cool and break up into pieces.

I eat this with unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk.
You can add Truvia or stevia to taste.

  1. All of the information makes sense; however, it would take time to establish a trend with these types of food, especially if the family normally doesn’t buy these items. However, because of this information and the dividends foreseen, immediate effort will be expended to attain these foods. Thanks for the info!
