When cooking Shiratake noodles, it is important to RINSE them off for a full minute under cold water.

This will eliminate the odor.

I put them in a skillet of bacon fat and and added kale, bok choi, sweet peppers.

A perfect low-carb dinner.

Add some chicken, shrimp, or other protein and you will be satisfied!
