For those of you that enjoy a sweet treat, this LOW CARB Cheesecake is the best!!
My Facebook friends posted this recipe and I am sharing with you. They are correct. This is the BEST ever for a low-carb dessert. You will find no better.
Easy to make and will keep your friends and family satisfied with a healthy dessert.
Crust recipe is as follows:
1 ½ C blanched almond flour
4 TBSP butter, melted
4 teaspoons Truvia
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Combine almond flour and sweetener.
3. Mix in melted butter and press into bottom of springform pan.
4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
2 pounds cream cheese (4 blocks), room temperature
1 cup Truvia (270 g)
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 large eggs
2/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
