This recipe is the creation of my awesome low-carb, fit, and healthy wife.
3 boxes of tomatoes (only ingredient is ‘tomatoes’, or cut your own!)
1 box vegetable stock (no sugar)
celery, onion, carrots, spinach, or your favorite – the more the better
seasoning of salt, pepper, or anything else of desire
Crock pot on low for 4-8 hours
