Low Carb Breakfast Crepes


No more complaints about the LACK of food…….

Especially breakfast.

This is EASY and FAST to make.

Makes 2 crepes

4 oz softened cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Truvia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

Mix together until blended. Separate into 2 microwave bowls. On high for 2-3 minutes. Should be firm throughout. Let cool and place on a plate. Garnish with more cinnamon, berries, whipped cream, and/or sliced almonds.

Yes, even the kids will enjoy this treat!
