I love sauces, condiments, and other additions to food that enhance flavor (think HOT sauce….no carb kind).
Why is it so difficult to find any of these products without sugar?
Or toxic canola oil? Or unhealthy safflower oil?
The only oils that you should using is butter, ghee, coconut oil, olive oil, or bacon fat!!
This is very easy (took my 8 minutes) to make, and NO blender is required.

I used coconut oil but next time will try olive oil.
Do NOT use Coconut oil. It got very hard in the refrigerator after only 2 hours.
Stick to Olive oil, macadamia nut oil, or avocado oil.
