Low Carb Crackers

IMG_1348I finally found a great treat that satisfies my need to CRUNCH!!

My usual snack of popcorn, pretzels, and triscuits have ingredients that promote fat storage, blood sugar elevation, and brain fog.

2 cups of almond flour

2 eggs

1/4 cup Chia seeds

salt and pepper to taste (I add lots of salt)

mix in a food processor until forms a dough. Place between 2 pieces of wax paper and flatten. More salt can be added on top! or garlic powder, onion, or oregano!

Cut into shapes and bake at 350 degrees until crisp. About 20 minutes. Longer for darker and crunchier.

My next batch will be a 50/50 mixture of almond flour and flax meal.
