    • 7 for the whole day is very low. I generally keep my carb count between 20 and 30. All from vegetables or other real food. Some people need a slightly higher carb count as they feel better. Whatever works for you. go to my list of foods and keep track of exactly what you are eating. when you actually count the carbs, you will be able to see how to eliminate them.
