Do Low Fat Diets Improve Health?


For the past several decades, Americans have been led down a path of destruction. The advent of a low fat, balanced diet has increased the amount of sugar we consume. The rates of obesity, diabetes, cardiac disease, and inflammatory conditions are climbing faster than ever.

In every study to date, when a low-carbohydrate diet (LC) was compared to the typical low fat, calorie restricted diet, MORE weight was lost and there were improvement in blood chemistries. In the Journal Obesity Review , all randomized-controlled trials from 2000-2007 were assessed for the differences between a low carb and low fat diet. Here are the authors conclusions:

Evidence from this systematic review demonstrates that LC/HP diets are more effective at 6 months and are as effective, if not more, as LF diets in reducing weight and cardiovascular disease risk up to 1 year.

The evidence has been hiding in plain site for decades.

Eliminate sugar.

Eliminate ALL grains, wheat, and other starches.

Regain your health, body, mind, and spirit.
