Now that 2014 has arrived, it is time to get your health, life, and body in shape.
The reason I am starting this new venture is to set the record straight on the myths, lies, and inconsistencies that the medical “experts” have been espousing for decades.
The ONLY way to control the cost of health care is to focus on prevention. In other words, you need the CORRECT knowledge and assume personnel responsibility.
Below are my suggestions to ensure a successful outcome to lose weight, decrease inflammation, feel better, and eliminate any chronic illnesses.
1. Eliminate ALL sugar. The most common form in most foods are high fructose corn syrup. But there are other hidden varieties. It is IMPORTANT to read the ingredients and not just the nutritional label. Other sugars that increase insulin production and NEED to be eliminated are aspartame (NutraSweet), sucralose (Splenda), acelsulfame potassium, fructose, fruit juice concentrate, brown sugar, agave, honey, maple syrup.

2. Avoid ALL wheat, grains, and other wheat based products. NO pasta, noodles, rice, cakes, pastries, cupcakes, doughnuts, waffles, breakfast cereals, grits, oats, buckwheat, quinoa, millet, couscous, barley, gluten-free powders, bulgar, rye, corn starch, potato, tapioca, or rice starch.
Take one step at a time. Go through your pantry and refrigerator and look at what you are currently eating. Sugar and grains increase insulin production which gives your body the signal to STORE FAT.
