Great addition to any meal. Beef or pork meatballs. The kids will love them and you can make a big batch for the next day or two.
1 lbs of grass-fed beef or pork
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
seasoning of choice; salt, oregano, pepper, garlic, etc.
Mix by hand in a bowl.
form small meatballs and place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Place on high broil for 5 minutes to get nice and crispy.
