I have a SWEET TOOTH!!


This is a common issue. We are ALL addicted to sugar and it can be hard initially to get rid of the sugar addiction. There are numerous studies to the support the hypothesis of sugar addiction and many people go through withdrawal symptoms.

Things to ELIMINATE:

Aspartame (NutraSweet)

Sucralose (Splenda)

Acelsulfame potassium


Fruit juice concentrate

High-fructose corn syrup

sugar, honey, brown sugar, agave, honey, maple syrup

What do I use for cooking, baking, and my coffee?

Truvia, stevia, xylitol, erythritol, raw honey.

Count the NUMBER of carb gram as you add them to your food!!!

1 pack of truvia = 3 carbs

(some truvia bags are mixed with SUGAR! Be aware)
